What Kolibri is

Kolibri is a Discord bot: economy, levels, games, clans, moderation and other systems. It works within Discord's rules and does not replace them.

Virtual currency

• Coins, items, cases and clan treasuries are in-game. They have no money value; they cannot be bought from the bot for real money, withdrawn or exchanged.
• Games with currency are entertainment. Their outcomes are random; the odds are shown in the games themselves.
• A server's staff may give and take currency and change prices and rules — it is their server.

Rules of use

• Do not use the bot for spam, harassment, fraud or breaking Discord's rules.
• Do not try to break the bot, get around its limits or exploit bugs. Found a bug — report it with /bug.
• Do not automate commands with scripts or self-bots.

For violations, an account may lose access to the bot.

The server's responsibility

A server's staff decide which systems to turn on and how to set them up, and are responsible for how the bot is used on their server: punishments, giveaways, shop items and messages sent on behalf of the server.

Premium

• Premium is an optional subscription for a period: for a server (30, 90 or 365 days) or personal (30 or 365 days). What it includes and what it costs is on the Premium page. Everything free stays free.
• Payment is in Telegram Stars (⭐) through our payment bot in Telegram. Kolibri never receives your card details. Premium does not renew by itself: nothing is charged without your press.
• Premium is features of the bot. It does not give coins, items or other advantages in the bot's economy and games: in-game currency is not sold for real money.
• Any member can buy premium for a server. Periods add up: a new purchase extends the current one. The free week is once per server.
• Refunds. If premium did not turn on after payment, we return the Stars in full. Changed your mind — write within 14 days of payment: the Stars go back to the Telegram account you paid from, and the premium days of that payment are removed. Write with the /paysupport command in the payment bot or through /feedback in Discord.
• If a server or an account breaks these terms or Discord's rules, premium may be turned off without a refund.

The server list

• A server gets into the list only if its staff turned on «Server list» themselves. They write the description, tags and language and are responsible for them.
• There is no place in the list for age-restricted servers, selling what is forbidden, fraud, harassment, fake activity or breaking Discord's rules. Such servers are removed from the list without warning.
• Premium servers stand first and then after every two regular ones, marked with a «Premium» badge. The rest of the order follows the chosen sorting: bumps, votes, ratings, members.
• Votes and reviews must be honest. Votes from second accounts, paid reviews and insulting reviews are removed, and a server that fakes votes again and again is removed from the list.
• Only members who have been on a server for at least 3 days can review it. The author can delete their review at any time.
• A server banner must be a picture fit for everyone: no 18+, violence, harassment, other people's logos or ads for other projects. An unfit banner is removed; a server that repeats it is taken off the list.

No guarantees

The bot is provided as is. We try to keep it always working and free of bugs, but cannot guarantee it: there may be downtime, changes in features and data loss in failures.
